Schulz Museum cannot warrant the security of any information that you submit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

Please note that payment for your order will apply at the time of shipment.Shipping generally occurs within 7 days of your order.

Please find below our domestic shipping rates:

For orders over $125.01, please add $3.00 in shipping for every additional $50.00.

Please find below our international shipping rates:

For orders over $175.01, please add $50.00 in shipping for every additional $50.00.

Please find below our Canadian shipping rates:

For orders over $125.01, please add $3.00 in shipping for every additional $50.00.

For our international and Canadian orders, if the actually shipping costs are materially greater than the shipping costs above, the Museum may contact you and request additional funds.

If you require overnight shipping , you must contact us directly at 707-579-4452

or email MuseumStore@SchulzMuseum.org prior to placing your order.The process will entail the following;

1.       The Museum will quote the shipping options with their appropriate rates

2.       Customer will choose shipping method

3.       The Museum will acknowledge the chosen shipping method and confirm the additional shipping charges

(which will be the difference between the above Domestic rates and the quote rates)

4.       The Museum will ask that you process your web order

5.       At the time of shipment your card will be charged the additional shipping charges

RETURN/EXCHANGE

Our customers satisfaction is important to us.  If you are not happy with your online purchase from SchulzMuseum.org, please read the following;

We will only issue a full refund if the following conditions are met:

1.       Returned within 45 days of purchase

2.       Receipt (or copy of) must be included

3.       Item(s) in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact

4.       All original parts and accessories are included

If you would like to exchange your merchandise, the following conditions must be met:

1.       Returned within 90 days of purchase

2.       Receipt helpful but not required

3.       Item(s) in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact

4.       All original parts and accessories included

5.       Store credit/value will be at the current store price of the merchandise being returned

If possible, please send an e-mail to MuseumStore@SchulzMuseum.org or call 707-284-1270 to notify us of the return.  Please allow 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your merchandise for your return or exchange to be processed and your account balance to reflect any refund (timeframes vary by bank).   

If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by SchulzMuseum.org or a damaged or defective product, we will either refund the merchandise and shipping charges to your original form of payment or exchange it, (in which case SchulzMuseum.org will incur the shipping charges on the new merchandise).  We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged or defective merchandise to Schulz Museum.org. 

If you are returning merchandise for any other reason;

1.       You are required to pay all shipping costs to and from SchulzMuseum.org

2.       You will not be refunded your original shipping charges

For your protection, you may wish to send your merchandise via carriers who offer package tracking and/or insurance.  SchulzMuseum.org is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
